C. Charges

E. Grant
Secrets Discovered is not responsible for payment transactions, processing
or any communications between you as a user and purchaser of our publication
(Grant Secrets Discovered) and Echo or User’s credit card.
A. User
agrees to be charged by Grant Secrets Discovered after 14 days of ordering
the FREE CD for the amount of $49.95 for access to the Grant Secrets
Discovered Online Resource Center.
B. The
user will continue to be billed for $49.95 each month there after. You can cancel
at any time by using our our Secure Contact Form.
C. If the
user cancels their 14 day FREE trial into the Grant Secrets Discovered
Online Resource Center before the 14 days are up, the user will not
be billed $49.95 or any charges thereafter.
D. To cancel
the 14 Day FREE trial the user will need to send an email support@grantsecretsdiscovered.com before midnight of the 14th
day. The email must include the following information to be canceled:

name, last name, shipping address, city, state, zip code, phone number,
email address, date of purchase, type of payment used, last 4 digits
of the credit card number used or last for of account number for checking
account.
A. User
understands and agrees that Grant Secrets Discovered does not refund for
shipping and handling charges unless the user orders more than one FREE
CD.
B. User
understands and agrees that if the user receives a broken FREE CD then
Grant Secrets Discovered will replace it for FREE. User must send in the
broken or defective FREE CD to Grant Secrets Discovered company address
and a new replacement CD will be shipped to the user.

of appeal.

prevailing party shall be reimbursed by the other party for any and
all costs associated with the dispute arbitration, including attorney
fees, collection fees, investigation fees, travel expenses.

and its performance are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
User hereby consents and submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
Courts located in the State of Wyoming to resolve all disputes that
may arise out of or are related to the use of Grant Secrets Discovered
under this Agreement. User agrees that the applicable law to be applied
shall, in all cases, be that of the state of Wyoming.
The 14-day
